The Port Elgin Farmers' & Artisan Market's 2025 season is officially underway and will happen every Wednesday until September 3, 2025 in downtown Port Elgin.
The Market brings together local growers, makers and food artisans at the corner of Green and Bricker Street Wednesdays from 9am to 2pm.
"This year's market features a diverse lineup of vendors offering everything from farm-fresh produce and honey to handcrafted jewlry, baked goods, and upcycled clothing," read a June 5 media release from the Downtown Port Elgin Business Improvement Area (BIA).
"We're thrilled to welcome back our community and visitors to the Port Elgin Farmers' and Artisan Market," said Market Manager Shawna Harvey. "Each week offers a unique opportunity to connect with local producers and discover the incredible talent in our region," she said.
"We invite everyone to come out, support local, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere."
Organized by the Downtown Port Elgin BIA, the market aims to foster community engagement while supporting local businesses and is a hit for all ages.
Highlights for this year's Market include Simply Farmshed's creative garments, Red Cat Bakery's sourdough breads and treats from Tree-eats Vegan Bakery, Uncle Dad's Pizza, Tree Eats by Danielle and many more.
