At Monday night's meeting, council received Saugeen Shores' 2024 Annual Report.
The report "outlines "the municipality’s actions over the past year to advance the Pillars and Directions of the Town’s Strategic Plan. The report highlights key achievements and measures progress against the goals established in the 2024 Business Plan," read a recent media release from the Town.
The report breaks down actions by department and provides a snapshot of accomplishments as well as operational performance by measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department.
