Over 100 students formed Opus 8, lead by Music Director and ÉPESC teacher Matthew Patterson, and played songs by The Beatles, Elton John, Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars.

The school’s Glee Club opened the show with their 80’s Rock Medley, and the schools Technical Engineering program provided a music video backdrop, which was perfectly timed to the songs being performed.

The crowd of more than 200 stood on their feet, applauding the performance, which then lead to an encore. The concert will be etched in history as Daniel Slinger of Blackboard Sound was in attendance recording Opus 8’s sound.
