Chantry Singers to perform in celebration of Canada's 150th

chantrysingersohcanada 560The Chantry Singers will present “Oh Canada!” in celebration of Canada’s 150th on Saturday, June 3 at the Port Elgin United Church at 7:30 p.m.

The concert will include a selection of Canadian music, old and new, with tickets available in Port Elgin at Blackboard Sound, Cathy’s Flowers and Treasures and Little’s Furniture and in Southampton at Vincent’s Jewellers.

Tickets will also be available at the door or from a Chantry Singer at the cost of $15 per person. Children 12 and under are admitted for free.

Chantry Singers are proud to be one of four choirs representing Ontario at Unisong 2017 in Ottawa on Canada Day, July 1. Their choristers will be joining a mass choir created with representatives from all regions of Canada. They will have the opportunity to perform at various venues and are looking forward to being ambassadors of their home of Saugeen Shores.
